Follow the Upper Radiator Hose to the Block. There is a Bell housing there that the Hose Connects to. Remove that Bellhousing and the Thermostat is Right Under it.

that would be your HO2 sensor. It's located in the left hand exhaust manifold closer to the top of the engine. It usually takes a special socket to remove one. If you have any doubt, take it to a shop and have them replace it for you. This sensor effects fuel and driveability, don't go to long without fixing it as it may cause damage to your catalytic convertors.

Transmission malfunction. Not something to mess around with. Delaying having it checked could cost big money later. personally, I'd take to dealer, but if you have a transmission shop you trust, your choice. Remember, a diagnosis is only an estimate, you don't have to have it repaired there if not comfortable.
Clear codes by hooking up a scanner, and go through the "clear codes" sequence. It will erase all stored codes. If it doesn't, you have a problem with the ECM/PCM (engine computer), or the data link connector.
