Your ECU is playing up, probably thinking that it is stolen (security light) needs to visit a dealers computer, ring your dealer he may be able to reset for you

Gm has a real problem with fuel tank sending units. That is what is wrong. You need a fuel tank sending unit. You can only get them aftermarket with the whole fuel pump module, but you can buy them seperate if you buy it from the dealer.

sounds like a bad earth some were have a look at battery terminals both ends even the one on the body work if thats ok look at engine earths as well, if all this fails have your battery tested it could have a dud sell in it or even the carging system could be playing up, then again it could just be a bad conection were it clips into the steedo head,,, any bad wiring could cause this

Do a bench test on the starter. Remove starter, hook up a ground cable to starter, and positive to two prongs on starter and it should spin. You can do this in vechile too but not suggested due to risk of injury. If it doesn't spin, probally a solenoid or the starter it self. Unlikely but possible.

Your key program has been reset, the dealership can reprogram your key. You can also try to unlock the door with your key when the anti theft light kicks on, try the power locks as well. You can also save money by calling a automotive locksmith, its cheaper than the dealer. Hope this helped =)
