To successfully test for a bent crank you will have to take it to a engineering shop that is set up to grind cranks as they will have the proper lathe to test it in. If the crank has a main bearing either side of a big end or a set of big ends then the chances of it being bent would be slim. What indications are there that makes you consider it is bent.

if we are talking the 5.7L camshaft sensor is built intoto the distributor. It is replaceable. Crankshaft Sensor is located front of engine on bottom, right at the Harmonic Balancer. it is easily replaceable.

This problem you are having sounds like a crankshaft sensor going bad. Do you have a check engine light on, in your dash? Have your computer scanned, and cars computer will tell you what the problem is. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

My 1999 gmc yukon wont start code say p0336 just rotates

Hi.

p0336 means CKP sensor performance error. Replace the crankshaft position sensor. If that doesn't fix the issue there is a number of GM factory service bulletins that point at a manufacturing problem with Yukon engine. Find the appropriate service bulletin for your engine in this page.

Regards.
