You have to take out passenger seat ! Four nuts or bolts hold it down. Push seat back all the way to get front fasteners and front to get back ones .Does vehicle have carpet ? Under seat is a connector X308 (23 cavities ) yellow wire pin K .
First thing check the fuses! Turn the key to the on 'run' position and check both sides of every fuse with a test light, or pull them out one by one, but test light is easier! If all is fine check for power on the starter main terminal (power will be constant when in any key position), then check for power on other terminal when in start position! If both powers are present then you will need a new starter!
