SOURCE: when it pumps up it leaks right back down that is

I am going to assume you are referring to the front airsprings. The right hand side has a top cover plate that actually seals the bag to the strut. In some instances the a/c line that runs over the top of the plate leaks condensation onto the plate, over time rust forms and pits form under the plate, and that is where the leak is coming from.

Could be leaking intake manifold gasket , when vehicle warms expansion of the gasket seals the leak . When cold use spray carb cleaner and spray around the intake if there is a leak it will suck in the cleaner and you will hear engine rpm go up. or you can also use bottle of water . Dan how do I bleed 2004 Kia coolant car temp is good but sometime at idle heater starts to blow cool hit throttle gets great heat

I agree with your logic. Attached vid addresses bleeding. Sounds like at low rpms, not enough flow to transfer the heat. So bubble or maybe a partially obstructed core. There are a couple of vids on clearing a core... GOod luck, let us know if you figure it out.

Water/coolant is being pushed in the expansion bottle,

Sorry almost certainly your head Gasket, sound like a break between a cylinder and the water jacket - hence the bubbles.

Heater not blowing hot air

air in the system. or dirty blocked radiator and heater cores. put a radiator flush in it. run it for 20 miles then drain it. refill with 50/50 mix of antifreeze .now bleed it. this is done by turn your heater on full.with the expansion bottle cap off .run the engine till water getting hot . with finger and thumb push in the hose to push air out of the radiator hose into the expansion bottle .then refit the cap.

How can I fix a water leak

if leaking from a hose change the hose. if from the ends of the hose change the jubilee clips.if from the expansion bottle cap .change the cap.but it may be due to air in the system if so put a radiator cleaner in the expansion bottle .run for about 20 miles .then drain and refill with a 50/50 mix of anti freeze.then put your heater on full run the engine till water gets hot .then refit the expansion bottle cap.to bleed out the air in the system.

Coolingsystem. exspansion tank leakage. maybe the

you said " till the water dissapears" , I am hoping that you are not running just strait water in the cooling system. Especially in a hot climate.
You must have antifreeze/coolant for the system to work properly. It will dramatically raise the boiling tempreture. If you run strait water , as soon as the engine reaches 100 c the water boils , and the pressure of the steam could burst a hose , or an expansion bottle. If your expansion bottle keeps failing , I would look at it as the effect of the problem , not the cause of the problem.

Check air suspension system problem

sounds like one of the rear air bags is leaking and if you get under car and spray with soapy water from spray bottle you can find leak and replace bag or line that is leaking. turning off the pump is not a good idea the rear bags will deflate and cause the car to ride too low and cause damage bottoming out. also if the leak is not fixed soon the air compressor will run too constantly and burn out/wear out and very expansive to replace.

Suspension air compressor

If your compressor is running all the time, it is almost certain that you have a leak. It could be either in the lines going to the rear air bags, or the air bags themselves. Simplest way to find a leak, is to get a spray bottle with soapy water, make sure the suspension is aired up, and spray the lines starting from the compressor. Work all the way back to the bags, now when you get the bags nice and soapy then bounce the rear of the truck up and down. If their are any leaks the soapy water will bubble up showing you wear the leak it.
That is how i would start.

If its a bigger leak the rear air bags wont stay aired up, if its a small leak, then the air compressor will be running all the time to keep the truck aired up.

Remember, when you are driving, the compressor is constantly working to keep the rear bags at the proper height, even more so on rough roads.
