If there was a 20 gal option, then parts are available...(found in any local scrapyard) if not, you may run into problems getting the fill neck attached. (you can get anything to fit anything...straps,lines and electrical are easily moved but fill neck needs to be properly located.(or modified with longer rubber connections, as long as they don't need to be bent till they crimp )

no rino lining will not withstand gas. J B Weld has a product that will work but generally once a gas tank has corroded enough to leak you are better off changing the tank

Engine light on smell fuel gas dripping under fuel tank

Engine light on can be a lot of different things. But first, fid the gas leak! The fuel line is a combination of steel and in some places rubber lines. It is likely that the leak is in the rubber part of the line. The tank is usually protected under the vehicle by a steel plate that first must be removed on Jeeps. I don't know what part of the car the gas is leaking from, but if it near the tank at the back, its is probably where the line comes from the tank or where the filler pipe enters the tank. You will just have to get under the vehicle with a flashlight and look to see exactly where the gas is coming from. You may have to remove the bolts holding the tank cover on, it is heavy, so you might want to have a floor jack under it with a 2 by 2 foot piece of plywood between the steel plate and the jack. That way you can lower it to the ground safely. Do the same thing with the tank. You will have to disconnect the fuel filler hose before you can let the tank down. There is a clamp at the tank that hold it on. Look for leaks and replace the hose that is leaking. This is a critical issue. Gas and hot exhaust pipes can set this off into an inferno. Now back to the engine light on. A gas leak can cause the light on because it may show up as an evaporative system leak. It's like leaving the gas cap off. If you want a better idea of why the light is on, drop by an Autozone or Advance auto store and they will usually hook it up to their code scanner for free. Without the code readout you have to just guess at the cause for the light.

When I turn the car on tons of Gas pours out all over the ground. As far as I can see there is no hole in the gas tank. Everyone keeps telling me its the rubber hose. I need to know the likely hood of that...

It depends on where on the car it is leaking. For sure if it only leaks with the car on it is leaking from a gas line. There are rubber lines connecting the steel lines to the tankand they can go bad. The steel lines run up one side of the frame, usually the driver's side. They can also corrode and leak.
If you are quite sure the leak is on top of the tank then it has to come off. There are 2 straps holding it on and the bolts should be at the bumper end. Don't be surprised if they break off, they can be replaced. You will also have to unbolt the fill neck at the top because it will come down with the tank. Leave the cap on. You should block the tank up before you start and have a hydraulic jack so that once the straps are off you can slowly lower the tank with it. Make sure you have a piece of wood between the jack and the tank so you don't poke a hole in the tank. Gas as a liquid is not combustable but the vapors are so as long as you don't smoke or create a spark you should have nothing to worry about. That's why you use the wood blocks.
When you can see your problem you can get rubber gas lines by the foot and hose clamps at the autoparts store. If the steel lines are bad then steel brake line is an acceptable substitute and can be bought by length or by the foot. Hope this helps.

Replaced manual fuel pump blew all fuel line out

Do you have more than 4 gallons of gas in the tank? Some models won't **** to prime with less than that in the tank. This is mostly an issue when there is air in the lines. There is usually a screen filter on the pick up, but blowing that out should have taken care of it at least for a few days. Another possibility is a pinhole leak in the line between the tank and the pump. That lets the pump **** air, which will not let it **** gas. There could be a larger in-line filter between the tank and the carb filter. Let us know if you find out what it is.

Leaking Gas on left side of gas tank, can't tell if it's the line

More than likely you have a busted fuel line, or one of the connections from the fuel lines to the fuel pump is broken. If you know how to repair cars, drop the tank and find the leak. If you don't know how, have the vehicle towed to a shop. Driving the car would definitely be a fire hazard.

Fuel leaking from top of gas tank

sounds like you are going to have to drop the tank out to inspect and fix. with luck it will be leaking from the fuel pump seal or the return line.
Bad luck would be if the tank is rusted out and needs to be replaced.
Syphon as much gas out of the tank as you can before you drop it , gas is heavy.
