SOURCE: driver side seat heaters

This is a common problem, if the lights come on the switch ( which confirms your relay is working) then it is the heater in the seat itself. Dealer only part.
Hope this helps

SOURCE: ive got a knocking noise comin from the rear passenger side of my car

It is likely that you have worn rubber bushing in one or more of the suspension control arms, check them all. Also check for loose suspension bolts on all control arms. Have you checked the free play of the wheel?

I have a 2010 Ford Expedition and there is a knocking sound when the A/C is on, any answers?

It tercould be a blend door motor,Try get in turn off everying. Then start it and if you here anything,if not turn on the heater and turn the hot and cold switch. see if it stops.a nother thing open the hood start it up check the passenger front end see if you hear it up there. if so i think the air compressor for air ride is there.

Where is the blend door actuator located

The blend door is on the heater box, you will neeed to turn heater on with low air setting as you look around box to locate it, it is hard to say exactly where it is on the box due to its been a while since i replaced one, let me see if i can get a diagram. this is a 1999 ford taurus.

Okay the actuator on this car is located on the box on the passenger side, if you look from passenger side toward center of the dash you will see it bolted to box below radio area, you may need to remove the lower dash covers. here is a picture to help you.10_24_2012_11_35_10_am.gif

Car wont heat up i hear a knocking sound in heater

sounds to me the heater box needs replacing. could be because of a leaking heater core. are you havings to add coolant? wet floor mats on pass side? the knocking you are hearing is more than likely the blower fan hitting on the plastic molding because of a faulty bearing in its driveshaft.

Behind the dashboard. You remove the dash and undo the lines on the firewall.

Fluid leaking onto the front passenger side floorboards.

2004 TB 60,000 miles. i was just told that the leaking fluid in my passenger side floorboard was do to a clogged up A/c hose. An A/C works by drying/ removing the moisture from the air inside the vehicle and cooling it. The accumulated fluid is usually evacuated under the vehicle which is what you see when people are stopped at a red light and there is dripping under their car. when a hose is blocked there is a vent that from some reason flows directly into the passenger side floor board. If you can not manually knock loose the block your probably going to have to take it to a mechanic.
