2010 xc60 won't start is there a kill switch?

You have a dead battery or the one of the cables may have came loose if theres a kill switch go to passenger door lock outside and put the key in it turn it open and closed a few times that resets it

You NEED TO HAVE SPECIALTY VOLVO Trim Plastic REMOVAL TOOLS FOR REMOVING trim and a VIDA software (Volvo has computerized all of its Handbooks, [parts, schematics, directions sine 2006) Not available in a book anywhere ; must be sourced from a dealer or Idenie that has subscribed to VIDA software.. With 5 year customer repairs for free for new car buyers your problem could be covered under warranty if you purchased vehicle new.

fuse should be located in the CEM fuse panel under right side of dash

Take your vehicle to the dealer. This is a known issue having to do with the drain hose for the sunroof.
