I would say check the speedometer cable, dont think year has a speed sensor. Your local auto parts store should have this part in stock at a not so expensive price.

Sorry there is no fuse for this it runs off of the speedometer cable, the gear on the end is bad or the connection the the transmission is loose or not attached. it is on the drivers side of the transmission toward the back of the transmission..
there are two screws in the healights. Undo them from the front with a philips head screwdriver. Pull off the wiring harness from the back of the bulb under the hood and remove your light. Take it to your local auto parts store, (unless you already have your new lights!) and they'll get the right ones for you. Repeat the procedure in reverse.
The solenoid on your starter is probably no good. Just get a new starter. Theres no starter that will "grab the teeth better", theres just new ones that work and old ones that **** out
