SOURCE: 2004 buick emergency brake

This car has regular shoes on the back not disc. Replace shoes and adjust cable. No parking brake is a sign of worn out shoes. Regals have rear disc on them for this year.

SOURCE: 95' Buick regal, 3rd brake light works, tail

I dont have a diagram but the brake light switch has to feed the turn signal switch, Either that wire has a bad connection, or the turn signal switch is bad. Jiggle the turn signal lever and see if the brake lights try to work.

Car turned off but rear brake lights wont turn off

The brake lights will operate any time the brake pedal is pressed, even if the ignition switch is off. The most likely problem when your problem occurs is that the brake light switch, which is under the dashboard and mounted at the top of the brake pedal arm has slipped, becoming misadjusted and is not being turned off when the brake pedal is released.

2004 explorer brake light will blink here and there while driving

check and make sure brake fluid is full, if so then the emergency brake has a switch on it that will make the brake light come on. to check this get in vehicle and push emergency brake then release it then take your hand and wiggle the emergency brake peddle and see if the light comes on and off. if so then the peddle is not comming all the way up against the switch this may be solved by just pulling up on the peddle each time the emergency brake is released,
