Can i drive my 2010 jeep liberty with a leaking heater core?

The heater uses the coolant (read antifreeze and water) from the engine to get hot. If it runs low enough, by say leaking out of the heater core, your engine will overheat and that can be bad for it and expensive to fix.
Although most antifreeze is poisonous, (don't drink it) if you keep your window open the fumes will not hurt you. That being said, it will stain the carpet, make the inside of the car smelly, leave a puddle on the floor, cause the floor boards to rust(slowly) and mainly be annoying.
Since we are starting into summer you can get by for awhile by just adding water to the coolant tank under the hood. Make sure you do this when the engine is not hot. Engine coolant can give you severe burns if you take the cap off when the engine is hot.
So, about an hour after you get home from work go and check the engine coolant level. If you can hold onto the radiator hose then it is cool enough to add some more water. If you add more water then leaks out you can drive the jeep.
FYI The leak will get worse over time.

Heat not working properly seen anti-freeze leaking from what looks like water pump on the under carriage of vehicle

My best guess would be that you have a bad water pump. When thhey go bad, they will often leak antifreeze from weep holes in the housing. Since your car's heater is nothing more than a small radiator that relies on hot coolant being circulated through it, a bad water pump would explain your lack of heat. Conversely, it may just be a leak. If your system has lost enough coolant, your heating system will suffer the same.

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport. I got in it this morning to warm it up before I left for work and when I got in it to leave noticed that the heat wasn't hot at all. On my drive to work it would get warm...

Does it look like coolant leaking? Same color? If so, it could be. That or the water pump. Go for the thermostat first. They are more common to go out. It would explain the lost in heat.

Heater in my 2002 jeep wont get hot unless going down the road and I have water in the floor on the pasenger side.

Sounds like you have a leak at the heater core and lack of heat usually means low water level in radiator. When engine is cold ,add some radiator "stop leak" top up the radiator, start the jeep but leave the cap off until the water is hot and you are sure radiator is full. Then tighten cap and drive or idle for about half hour or more. When you can afford it change out the heater core.
