I have ssangyong rexton 2007 model. the engine turns/cranks but the engine does not start. What could be the cause?

Check what the code is, that will give you a good idea what the issue is.

read the users guide in the glove box
if lost it?
get one from the car maker or dealer in town.

Fuse 22 covers Clock, Power Outlet, and OS Mirror.

The USB is a 5 volt power supply and will likely have an inline fuse but may be tagged with the Power Outlet.

Is your Rexton diesel or a petrol fed?

There's a number of possible reasons.
You don't mention if the engine turns over in the attempt, and you don't say which light is on.
A SsangYong service person can plug in a diagnostic tool to see what error codes are present.
