so u pretty much replaced everything there is that could be the problem,fans turn on right??pump is working right??thermo is new right??ok so during the process of changing every thing you could have trapped air pockets in the cooling system ive seen this numerous times you can start there its the cheapest start,1st remove the radiator cap,2nd turn heater on high setting and temp to heat max, 3rd start ur car let the system cycle thermo has to open and close at least 2x's water is going to overflow to the ground its ok just dont lketr it empty youll see bubbles like air comming out let it run like 15min like this,turn the car off let it cool then place the cap back on make sure the seal is ok on radiator cao too!!hopefully thats all u need if not u may need a head gasket repaired they sell a green liquid at kragen oriely for blown head gaskets its like 25.00 it works pretty good for about 6000 miles to 10,000 miles MAKE SURE IF U USE IT FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS!! CHECK THE HIGHT OF THE HEATER MATRIX IN THE CAB , IF ITS HIGHER THAN THE FILLER/EXPANSION TANK. THEN ITS AN AIR LOCK, LOOK FOR THE HIGHEST PIPE AND SEE IF THERE IS A BLEED VALVE, IF NOT TAKE BOTH PIPES OFF THE MATRIX FEEDS AND FLUSH OUT TO SEE IF IT IS BLOCKED, AND RECONNECT LOWEST PIPE FIRST AND FILL SYSTYM TILL WATER APPEAR FROM TOP AND RECONNECT RUN MOTOR, AND KEEP TOPIN UP

this sounds like a thermostat fault, but also could be the sensor switch to the radiator but is more likely the thermostat, it should be located at the front top of engine, follow the top water hose to the engine and you will find the thermostat housing, also just a heads up, these had a problem when first made, according to the known fixes and problems with VW's the hoses corroded inside and started loosing water, this could be wise to get the system presure checked to...hope this helps

It is possible that the pump failed because of an overheating problem. Make sure the fans run by turning on the air conditioning. They should operate as soon as it is turned on. Bad fans are a common problem. The pump should not have been leaking after replacement though. Make sure you have no leaks first and foremost. Then make sure the fans work. There is also a fan control module located in the area under the battery, but it is difficult to properly diagnose. If the fans do not turn on with the a/c, you can jump the wires at the thermo switch. One should be power, and when you jump to one wire they should go to low speed, the other high.
