I think the word carburetor and ford falcon was mentioned which used a mechanical fuel supplied system. check for a cracked fuel supply line from the fuel tank to the steel body supply line.

My air and heat controles will not work on my 1998 foed ranger

I don't know this car at all, but I do know the control's on the Ford Falcon EL 1998. At this time within this manufacturer the control's were controlled by vacuum from the inlet manifold. Look for a small black rubber pipe coming off the inlet manifold and connecting to a group of vacuum pipes and / or on its own. This will go through the firewall and connect to the control's. This is only a possibility :).
I hope it is "Good Luck" :)

What is the firing order for a 1995 ef xr8 5 litre???

Hi there:
Falcon EF is 1-5-3-6-2-4

EF has a coil pack under the inlet manifold; also keep in mind that EF uses a waste spark system so 2 plugs are fired at the same time eg 1 and 6 - 2 and 5 - 3 and 4

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

EF 1995 Falcon Fairmount. The heating system does not work?

How clean is the cooling system water?
When was the last time the cooling system was cleaned out?
Check to see if the heater tap is switching on and off, you will find the tap under the rear of the inlet manifold, it will be in the middle of one of the black rubber heater hoses, there will be or at least should be a small black rubber vacuum line running to it as well.
Here is a link to picture of what your heater tap should look like.

I replaced the radiator in my ef ford falcon futura wagon 1995 model and it still heats up

Hi, It says in your question that you have a 1995? Falcon Wagon. I assume you mean something like a 1965. I used to drive one from time to time when I was young and I loved it.
Anyway "Still Heats up".
My automatic response to that would be
1 Replace the thermostat as that is the very least expensive job and should definitely be kept up with. When a thermostat sticks, you get overheating.
2 Then I would back-flush the system to remove any rust in the block. Prestone makes a good kit to install, if you haven't done it already. On an Iron Block engine, you back flush the rust out of the engine till the water goes clear. I've put these kits into every vehicle I've owned since the time of your Falcon.
. After that, Would be to replace or rebuild the water pump. If it very old. The impeller, which may be made of metal may have deteriorated, rusted or simply wore away.
I hope this helps. Take care of that honey of a car.
Happy New Year,
P.S. Any questions you have, I would be more than happy to help on.
