There is another fuse box under the back seat that has the fuse for the interior lights. I have the same problem. I keep replacing fuses but they keep blowing. I don't know what to do.

You have to lay on your back under the steering wheel (pain!!) and get a flashlight ..... its under there. Just a STUPID location. (close to the plastic cover aroung the steering wheel shaft)

There are two panels, actually. The one lrideout is looking for is found by opening the front passenger door. If you look on the right end of the instrument panel, the cover for the fuse panel is that entire end. There's a hole near the top center of that panel; just tug 'til it comes off (it'll fight you, but it won't break when you win) and there are the fuses!
