Ya if i remeber correctly you have to buy the whole thing as a unit but a cheap repair is to go to a junkyard and get one out of it this will save you money and it will teach you how to pull out without ruining your car ;]

    REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
    R/V Series
    1. Raise the glass to the full up position and tape it to the door frame with fabric tape.
    2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
    3. Remove the door trim panel.
    4. Remove the window control bolts and lay the control aside for access.
    5. Remove the regulator-to-door panel attaching bolts.
    6. Disconnect the harness from the regulator.
    7. Slide the regulator assembly rearward, disengaging the rollers from the sash panel.
A notch is provided in the sash panel to allow disengagement of the forward roller on the window regulator.
    1. Remove the regulator assembly through the access hole in the door.

CAUTION The next step must be performed when the regulator is removed from the door. The regulator lift arms are under tension from the counterbalance spring and can cause serious injury if the motor is removed without locking the sector gear in position.
    1. Drill a hole through the regulator sector gear and back plate. DO NOT drill a hole closer than 1 / 2 in. (13mm) to the edge of the sector gear or back plate. Install a pan head sheet metal tapping screw (No. 10-12× 3 / 4 in.) in the drilled hole to lock the sector gear in position.
    2. Remove the motor-to-regulator attaching screws and remove the motor from the regulator.
    To install:
    1. Prior to installation, lubricate the motor drive gear and regulator sector teeth.
    2. Install the motor to the regulator. Make sure the motor and sector gear teeth mesh properly before installing the retaining screws.
    3. Remove the screw locking the sector gear in the fixed position.
    4. Reposition the motor in the door and install the wiring connector.
    5. Attach the regulator to the door.
    C/K Series

    Rear window wiper problem

I had a 94 wagon, and have a 99 wagon, and 2001 wagon. I think what you need there is a new rear wiper arm. This is about 44 bucks at getsaturnparts.net. The problem is getting the old wiper arm off without breaking the rear window. The corrosion between the wiper arm and the motor output shaft basically turns the metal into one piece, which may well explain why your arm spring is not holding the arm close to the window. Also explains why you cannot find used saturn rear wiper arms or rear motors on ebay. There is a small sliding lock at the base, but having moved it aside you will find the corrosion will not let the arm go anywhere.

Having done this twice, my approach as follows:

    Get a new wiper arm

Take a hack saw and carefully saw the top of the wiper arm off exposing the motor shaft end. After spraying WD40 or other corrosion remover on get a small gear puller and pull the arm off the shaft. Use never seize and slide the new one on.

Drivers door window would go down but come back up only inch at a time then would have to wait five minutes and then it would come up another inch. Is it the regulator or the motor. the car is a 99 camry,...

Sounds like worn out motors pulling lots of amps to do the job in all thee cases, especially if the other windows are okay.
You can, if you're patient and cool, ( or know somebody who is...) swap the left rear window motor with the driver window motor.
My left rear was factory-new because nobody ever rode back there.
You have to use a motor from the same side, and the driver motor has to go into the left rear door
because it keeps the window up.
Be patient, take your time, allot and allow a complete day to do it and when it's done write a check to yourself. You'd have to write it to somebody, right???
