Question about 2002 Dodge Neon
It is a bad idle control valve. this is located on the throttle body. not the center pin sensor but the one to the side of center it has two torque screws holding it in. sometimes removing it and cleaning it will help. the cost for a new one is quite crazy. mine does the same thing. just a good cleaning once a month solves it for me.
