2006 Chevy Aveo trunk opener won't open

I have locked and unlocked the trunk of my 2006 Chevy trunk with the automatic lock/unlock device and with the key, and the opener will not open. It is stuck. I bought this car for its hauling capabilities; it can't haul much of anything if I can't get it open. Please help.

My Toyota Avensis 1.6 2007 the trunk locks automaticly.. when I go to open the trunk it doesn't open,, only if I press Unlock botton on remote! how to fix this?

Battery may be dying in remote and your car should have a setup menu which is accessed through the mileage display. try looking there, also refer to your owners manual if you still have it

On 2006 saab conv trunk wont unlock using handle on trunk lid, works using remote and door button

Saab have an auto-lock to thier trunks. So that nobody else can open your trunk while you're in the car etc. If you open and then closes a doot the lock should unlock. If not, your modell is only unlockable with key/doorbutton.

Wireless Key Remote door & trunk opener won't work with trunk anymore

When you press the trunk open button, do you hear any "release" noise come from the trunk area? The issue may be a bad battery in the key fob OR there could be an issue with the transmitter located inside the vehicle. Do the doors lock and unlock properly? is the vehicle equipped with security or immobilizer? please advise

I HAVE A BMW 735i I WANT TO KNOW WERE IS THE TRUNK OPENER?? I COULD NEVER FING IT.

Go to the trunk and put your key in and turn it all the way to the left and remove the key. This way by pushing the button at the trunk it will open, the trunk will lock when your doors are locked and the trunk will unlock when the doors are unlocked allowing the button at the trunk to work at that time. I'm not quite sure if your system works that way, or Try pushing the button that opens the trunk down by the hood release latch, or, you should have a remote key with the trunk open button on it, it should have 3 buttons, one is lock, one is open the car and one is open the trunk, if you have the automatic opening trunk, this should be the same, and to close it, just press the lock button and it should automatically go down again, as you did not specify what year yours is, one of them should do the trick...hope this helps

How do you program a key fob for a 97 chevy malibu?

There are two wires in the trunk that you have to fumble around with. When you open the trunk it is on the right hand side...They may be taped up, play around with the two wires until you here the locks of the doors lock and then unlock and the trunk latch will open. Make sure the windows are open when you try this so you wont get locked out by chance. Once this happens, hold the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons simultaneously for 15 secs until the locks repeat the locking and unlocking pattern they performed earlier. Once this happens, you are programmed and ready to go.
