Did you ever fix this problem or find a solution? I have the SAME issue in a non-convertible (heater, windows - and horn & wipers).

Please email me if you found a solution! josh at boostvt dot c0m

Here the fix the saab convertable has the famous failed ground wire of the convertable top, the line the ground in the converatable itself and yes it fails, here is what you do behind the driver side is the convertable module you must identify the ground (I think it brown but very not sure), ground the convertable control ground wire and you will be functioning in no time dont bother to repair the ground in the top just the control top module and attach it to a good ground where it is mounted

I was rolling down a window when all of a sudden the follow 4 things STOPPED WORKING and haven't worked since: - All power windows - Heater blower - Horn - Wipers All of the relays I've found seem in tact...

Is the car a convertible? If so the window controls operate through the convertible top computer.
By ignition switch module are you talking about the part under the lock cylinder? They do fail a lot.
What do you mean by the relays are intact? Have you checked for power at each fuse with the key on?

Where is convertible top relay located for 1995 saab 900 se

Hey, did you ever find the answer to this question. I have the exact same car and think the relay might be broken. Fuses are all good and the motor works when a 12v battery is hooked up. If you can tell me where the relay is, please let me know!
Thanks

My convertible top on a saab 900 SE (1997) is apparently pourous in a big rain and water filles the gutters inside the cab then leaks along both doors overhead as I turn corners. Is there a waterproofing...

The 3M corporation makes a waterproofing spray that works very well for most materials. It takes 24 hours for each coat to dry and I recommend at least 3 coats initially. The top MUST be completely dry and vehicle MUST be parked in a garage to apply and allowed to dry between coats - a carport is too moist and the product will not stick well, and you'll need to put a heater in the garage to keep things warm and dry - a small electric heater will do if you throw towels along the door edges to seal up the drafts. I have used this product several times - the dry warm is crucial to your success !!
Most major retailers, like Wal - mart and K-mart have this in their sporting goods / camping section, or you can go to Big 5 or another sporting goods store .
Hope this helps!!

Front passanger window not working

could either be switch contacts are dirty from coke spill or something, or the switch plastic is broken. ( get known good switch pack from another car off junkyard or from a saab dealer's other car. if that won't work, then try the window regulator motor in the door.
