I have a 2006 chrysler sebring 2.4L i checked the relay and fuse but no sound i push the steering wheel horn it steal wont work but it clicks. Have any idea what else it could be?

At the proper fuse, did you check for voltage at the fuse circuit, hot all the time. For the horn relay in the picture, pin 8 is hot all the time. If you use proper jumper wire between pin 8 and pin 10, the horn should sound. If it does, have to check coil/control side of relay, voltage and ground.
The horn button and wiring in steering column is part of horn relay ground circuit.

My horn is not working on my Lexus 300 Es 1996

Did you check for voltage and ground at the horn connector?
The picture is underhood fuse block, see the horn fuse and horn relay? Make sure the fuse is good, also, use a testlight and check for voltage at the fuse circuit, one leg should have voltage.
If voltage at fuse circuit, unplug the relay, terminal 2 should be hot, use proper jumper wire between 2 and 3 in the picture, the horn should sound. If it does, something wrong with control side of relay. Your horn button and wiring control ground for coil side of relay. Sometimes there is a problem with wiring in steering column, for the horn.

Horn hook up

You have two wires going to the horn? Just plug them into the horn. If the horn still doesnt work switch them around.

The horn in my 99 ford f-150 isn't working. I was wondering if there was some common problems with this and how hard it would be to diagnose and fix the problem.

You can start by checking the horn fuse in the engine compartment, fuse # 7.
If this tests good with power on both sides using a meter, next jumper the horn relay, normally open contacts. The horn relay is relay # 205 in the engine compartment fuse panel, it is the half size ISO relays. use the picture below, to find the correct pins in the relay socket to jumper with a wire.

IF the horn works with this, I would suspect a problem with the clock spring in the steering wheel. Do the other items in the steering wheel work ( cruise control ) ?
