Question about 1996 Honda Accord
Car cut of and will not start checked for fire at sparkplugs and did not have any
Start with a new distributor cap and rotor button. Should probably replace the plug wires too. If still nothing, look to see that you're getting spark from the coil to the distributor.

im acctually on the same thing right now 8 outta 10 time if u can hear the fuel pump then its ok so that would mean that u could have a clogged fuel filter not allowing fuel to get to the FI's so i would look into that if you would like me to i can send you step by step directions to trouble shoot that issue

Im not clear on the stauts of the vehicle. Is it completley dead as if the battery does not work? Can you charge the battery or check to see if the battery is dead. If you have power going and the engine cranks but does not turn over it could be many things. It could simply be a fuse. Check your owners manual for location of your fuse box. Check all the fuses that goes to the starter, engine , fuel pump, anything that may correspond with electricity or starting the engine etc. Did the run , then stop working or did it do soemthing in between? I need a little more info.
