these codes indicate there is a miss fire on cylinders 1 and 2 hence the 0301 and 0302 code the 1300 just indicates multiple engine miss fires. so anything that can cause these cylinders to miss fire need to be attended to in order to fix your problem.

1996 accord will not start has no fire to plugs

start with a new distributor cap and rotor button. Should probably replace the plug wires too. If still nothing, look to see that you're getting spark from the coil to the distributor.

What is the spark plug/distributer firing order for a honda accord 6 cylinder engine?

The 2.7 L - V6 engine in a 1996 Honda Accord is : 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6 The distributor rotor turns COUNTER-CLOCKWISE
The engine cylinders / spark plug locations are numbered :
1----2----3
4----5----6
front of Accord

My truck is a 1996 1/2ton there is gas getting to the engine and there is spark in the spark plugs we fixed the distributor cap and checked all the spark plug wires, the truck will turn over but it will...

Hmm, This sounds like a timing problem.

Best way to do this easily is that:

Take out the #1 spark plug crank/tap motor over until air comes out of spark plug hole--compression stroke(this is "TDC"---Top Dead Center)

Remove Distrubutor cap and check and see if rotor points to #1 spark plug wire on cap----if not move the #1 spark plug wire to that position on cap---then install rest of spark plug wires according to the firing order from the #1 plug wire.

Install #1 spark plug and start truck---you may have to rotate distributor a little bit to get best performance.
