Question about 1998 Pontiac Grand Am
We are changing the altenator. The motor mount is blocking us from installing the serpentine belt. Do we have to take the motor mount off?
I dont know about 1998 but on my 1994 yes, we had to. Just make sure you have a jack underneath it. The front end of the oilpan is sturdy enough as to take rocks and junk that u can put some blocks or a jack on it
