WEL I WOULD CHECK MASSAIR FLOW SENSOR OR LOOK FOR VACUM LEAKS LIKE HOSE COULD CAMSENSOR OR CRANK SENSOR OR IF YOU PUT THE ECU DID YOU HAVE PROGRAMD

you must replace the (iac) motor its the controller for the air in the intake at start up.usually on top near the plenum...meets the air tube.two bolts and a two wire plug try removing and cleaning it with carb clean solvant.

This sounds like a ignition problem,check the ignition switch. see if it looses power when the key is released,also if it just cranks then it may just die when the key is let go for another reason than the switch, but i would start with the switch first.

The ignition switch in the column most likely has a break in it. So when you move the steering wheel, it moves the wire so it completes the connection when you turn the key. Have the ignition switch replaced.
