Its low to no flow whether I'm parked or moving. The fan seems to be working properly and the recir. door is still in place even though I'm getting fault code 52.

the car has, damper motors. the FSM covers all details of that, the FSM shows how to test them and every make car and motor are different so , only and FSM works see? the fault code dont lie, its busted. cable systems are easy, vacuum suck and electric dampers are easy if you just have an FSM or login in to like me now. here i go , what do i see. nooooo, its got vacuum servo;s not fun... i see 2 on one side, and an electric acuagtor , omg, a hybrid heater, and obamanation..... you can at any time move the vacuum servo levers by hand to see if you can get heat. easy. its just a damper lever. the electric motor is MODE.

SOURCE: Very low air flow through vents despite the fan working well

It is very likely that the Air conditioner evaporator core is restricted due to leaves or some other object may be blocking air flow like a plastic bag, does it do this on both outside air and recirculation setting?

SOURCE: 1999 Jeep Cherokee sport/air vents do not blow out cold or hot while it is on

this sounds like the recirculation door in the heater box is broken and this is a difficult and can be an expensive repair as the dash has to be removed for access. a quick check for this is if you release the glove box and let it hang you will see the heater box if you reach up to the left top you will feel a grid and the recirc flap is housed there you can operate the blower and hot and cold and see if flap moves

SOURCE: 2001 jeep grand cherokee wont blow air through vents

there is a flap to redirect the air flow under the dash, it may be an item like a pen :) that has dropped down the vent opening stopping it from moving to redirect the air ... failing that, one of the motors/cables that operate the flap has failed

Air conditioning only blows out from drivers side of my 2005 jeep Cherokee

apparently it is dual climate control. most common failure is the blend door actuator motor has gone bad on the passenger side. however it could be the door in the HVAC box has broken or the control head is bad.

Just bought a 99 jeep cherokee, the heater controls sweem to be messed up. when the fan is on hot air comes from the passenger side of the car at the glove box vents, the drivers side blows cold air. ...

automatic climate control with dual controls?

Sounds like a broken drivers side blend door. Very common problem. Jeep has a repair kit that includes a new metal blend door and instructions on how to cut out an access in the HVAC housing. The kit also includes a new passenger blend door. If you want to replace both you',, need to pull the entire dash and then the HVAC housing which is a much better but more time consuming way of doing it. Pulling the housing is a huge job!

Heat is out on 1999 jeep grand cherokee limited

I had this problem on a 99 grand cherokee limited, It was the heater blend doors and if you have dual climate control one side usually goes out before the other. These blend doors are located behind the glove box unaccessible inside the HVAC shell.
( Motor failures for this HVAC sub assemblies is also something to look for although much less common.
My local dealership estimated $$$$$$$$$950.00 because they have to remove the entire dash so I looked around for something else.

I used something similar to this and now have heat that is controlled solely by the knob nearest the driver. It wasn't very difficult just kind of a tight squeeze.
Hope this helps
