Question about Dodge Cars & Trucks
My fan switch does not work 1-5 I have heat all my fuses are good and just put a brand new blower motor in under the dash
Check the speed module or resistors for the fan as it appears that the problem is there.

sounds like the switch is bad. Test the power coming in to the connector and use jumpers to get the fan to operate at all 4 speeds. if it works then it the switch.

replace the relay , when a relay sticks like that , a good test is to slap it with something like the handle of a screw driver , see if it un-sticks , its not a fix , just a test . cheers'

it is called blower motor resistor , should be close to blower motor , you will see a plug type connector with two screws , remove the screws and there should be a resistor inside the cover for the motor, swap with new and reassemble
