You unfortanely have to replace the window regulator . Its alittle difficult as the torque nuts seize on them when ya try to take them off but not impossible . And because the cables cross in the front its alittle tricky as well .
Aftermarket regulators are just over 100$ new

Power windows are not going up or down, one slides down on its own, one motor runs, but the window does not go up or down. the other motor dose not.

It sounds like both window regulators are bad. The window regulator in your car uses a cable and pulley setup. Often times the cable snaps or gets tangled in one of the pulleys causing the window to get stuck in the open or closed position. In the case of the cable snapping the window would be able to be moved up or down by hand. This can be confirmed by removing the door panel and moisture barrier and visually inspecting the regulator.

Driver side window wont roll up??? 1994 Toyota Camry

that model camry has a window regulator that is cable driven. it is very common for that cable to snap and not allow the window to close. it will likely need a window motor/regulator assembly.

When my window rolls down the cable snaps loose that rolls the window down. i just replaced the motor on the window

normally when the motor goes, I would always recommend replacing the the entire Power window regulator, the reason being that the plastic rollers break, thus allowing slipping of the cable, thus resulting in you being frustrated not being able to raise/ lower your window. all that being said a new regulator online is about 130.00 (325.00 from dealer + labor). Autopartswarehouse.com (this is where i bought mine) replaced it and have been happy!. you must already know how to get the panel off and get to the motor, with all that there are several steps left, and you will be happy again, remove the three bolts around the regulator, the 4 bolts securing the window tracks and the two clips or bolts securing the window to the window bracket, re assemble and you will be much happier, Good Luck !!!
