There are 4 fuses you would need to check in the interior fuse panel.
The first one is fuse no.32(10amp) then check no. 33 (15amp) then no. 59 (7.5 amp) and no. 61 (7.5 amp)

Go to this FREE Ford website and you can download an owners manual for your vechicle. It shows a diagram of the fuse block and the functions.

How did you check the fuse. The sure way is to use a meter to check for DC voltage on both pins on the back of the fuse. The other things could be a previous DC adapter tip is stuck in the DC socket, Do a visual inspection, and check that the socket is clear of obstructions.

The fuse for the power outlet is located under the hood in the fuse/relay box, heres a few diagrams to help you, there are two fuses one for front outlet and the rear outlet has its on fuse if your truck has a rear outlet, hope this helps,
