AM CONSIDERING BUYING A USED RADIO FOR A 1999 SUBURBAN FROM EBAY,AND ON THE FRONT IT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT THEFT LOCK ON IT.WILL I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING IT TO WORK BECAUSE OF THAT,OR IS THERE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT?THANKS
