Question about 1991 Honda Accord
You may need to check your fuses in the fuse box You may have a fuse out or if that's not it, Then you will have to remove the speedo housing where the display is and pull it out because the wires that connect onto the back of it may not be connecting properly...Get a small star head and there should be 4 screws that hold it into place. First if you have tilt steering lower the wheel and carefully look in at the top and you should see the screws and at the bottoms of the display also once the screws are out gently but firmly pull the display towards your self. There will be wires and cables hooked up to the unit and you should see the wires at that point. It is qiut possible with that model year their is small light bulbs in behind where everything is they could be burnt out and if they are you will see the discoloration.
