Question about 1993 Mercedes-Benz 190
Change the fuel filter it maybe clogged, check for any vacuum leaks even at the intake manifolds
I would recommend trying STP fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank and make sure you have at least a half a tank of gas when adding and then finish filling it up and take the car out on the highway and drive it to run it through the fuel system and see if this helps and if it does then change the fuel filter

I recommend only using SeaFoam gas treatment for the Mercedes Benz when you have a problem with the fuel system. You might try inserting a can or two each time you fill up with gas. This will help the car run smoother at least to some degree. You may want to give it a couple or so tanks in order to notice any significant improvement. Repairs can be expensive on the Mercedes; but at least with the Sea Foam, it will help clean out any "clutter" within the fuel system.
