Fuel shutting down

I have a 1999 chryslr300 m. i have changed the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, tcm relay, auto shut down relay, and the car still intermittently shuts down. sometimes the car starts right up, other times it takes hours. on a couple of occasions, the cruise control light came on as it was shutting down but the cruise control seems to operate fine under normal conditions. what else can i try?

Anti theft system. You might have a door lock causing the anti theft system to kick in. (thinking its being stolen.)

You may have a plugged fuel filter, failing fuel pump pressure or you need to change the ASD (Auto Shut Down) relay.

What prompted you to change the fuel pump to begin with? Did you check the codes on the dash? Or have someone OBD check it? It could be a crank sensor, but the codes should reveal that. Codes first and work backwards, please.

Fuses are good replaced cam, crank sensers auto shut down buzzes for as long as fuel pump runs after turning key to on postion

if the auto shut down is just buzzing it is the relay engaging and disengaging really fast you have either weak voltage or weak control signal coming from the pcm possibly a bad wire. also try to switch relay out with one that is similar in the fuse box to see if it is a bad relay.

2005 Ford F-150 5.4 The truck is not starting. When you turn it on it sound like it is not getting fuel to run the engine. Or the fuel pump is not comming on. Need help please.. Thank you

Fuel pump relay probably. There is also a relay which affects the injector output also controlled by the fuel pump relay which is called an auto shut down relay.Try the fuel pump relay first. Then the auto shut down relay. If not either of those, you may need a fuel pump but doesn't seem likely on a 5 year old truck but stranger things have happened.Good luck,Greg A dealer will likely tell you exactly where they are as I do not know parts locations for every car. Most systems, yes, parts locations,no.Happy (inexpensive) Holiday

DODGE DURANGO TROUBLE SHOOTING

The power to the ignition coil comes from the Auto shut down relay. It also runs the fuel pump relay. When you turn the key on it will read 12 volts, but only for about 5 seconds. The auto shut down relay is controlled by the ecm. Check the power on the coil while cranking the engine. When cranking the ecm will lock on the ASD relay.
