Jeep - right turnsignal won't flash

I have a '93 Jeep YJ. the left turn signal works fine. the right side lights up but will not flash. All of the fuses and bulbs are fine. Hazard lights work on both front and back. The front right turn signal is pretty dim when it lights up. I'm really stuck on this one. Any suggestions?

Probably a bad ground on your front right signal, or a bad bulb. Try switching the right with the left, and see if the problem stays in the same place, or goes with the bulb.
