Where is fuel pump harness on a 2000 escalade

DTC P1351 Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage
The enhanced ignition system uses the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor in order to provide a timing input to the control module. Ignition control (IC) spark timing for each cylinder is based on this input. The control module provides the ignition timing signal to the ignition control module (ICM) to control the ignition coil. Each timing pulse detected by the ICM allows it to energize the ignition coil. A large secondary ignition voltage is induced in the secondary coil by the primary coil. This high voltage is switched to the correct spark plug by the distributor.
This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) will set if the VCM- (vehicle control module ) detects an unusually high voltage on the ignition timing signal circuit.
Diagnostic Aids
Intermittent test -- If the connections and the harness check OK, monitor a digital voltmeter connected between VCM terminal C3 pin 9 and C4 pin 18 while moving related connectors and wiring harness. If the failure is induced, the voltage reading will change. This may help to isolate the location of the malfunction.
An intermittent may be caused by any of the following conditions:
?€¢
A poor connection

?€¢
Rubbed through wire insulation

?€¢
A broken wire inside the insulation
Thoroughly check any circuitry that is suspected of causing the intermittent complaint. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems.
If a repair is necessary, refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

P1351

A trouble code almost never means you replace something.
Trouble codes are designed to tell mechanics what to test because they say what is not working correctly, but not why.
In this case, code P1351 means the ignition control module is not sending the right signal to the computer.
It could be caused by the wrong module being installed on the engine, or the module could be failing, or it could be a problem with the wiring or the coil.

1999 K1500 with P1351 code only starts when it is cold outside

as far as i can tell the P1351 code is Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage or it could be crankshaft sensor as my old Renault had this problem, and the P1440 is your petrol or gas cap. make sure its on tight when you fill up your car.

Computer analysis showed these codes... P0330 P1133 P1135 P1346 P1349 P1351 P1354. can anyone tell me what each of these mean?

P0330 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit (Bank 2)
P1133 Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Response Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P1135 Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P1346 VVT Sensor Range/Performance Problem (Bank 1)
P1349 VVT System Malfunction (Bank 1)
P1351 Variable Valve Timing / CMP Sensor Range / Performance
P1354 Variable Valve Timing System Fault

NOTE:Variable Valve Timing (VVT) sensor is also known as camshaft position sensor.
The Variable Valve Timing (VVT) system controls intake valve timing in response to driving conditions.

Possible causes are:
  1. Incorrect valve timing P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
  2. Faulty oil control valve P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
  3. Faulty VVT controller assembly P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
  4. Faulty ECM All Codes
  5. Jumped timing belt All Codes
  6. Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354

I am getting code p1351 on a chevy s10 it will not start could this be the timing chain

No this is not a timing chain
P1351 CHEVROLET - Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage

Conditions for Setting P1351:

The voltage on the ignition control circuit exceeds 4.9 volts, and the engine speed is less than 250 RPM.

Bottom line?

Most likely its a bad Ignition Control Module.
