SOURCE: 2002 Dodge Dakota, no brake lights. Where is the fuse or breaker???

Your prob could be the switch at the brake peddle. If not go to the wiring at the trailer hitch. Frankster016

SOURCE: HOW TO INSTALL AMP INTO A FACTORY RADIO IN DODGE DURANGO 2002

You can buy adaptor plugs that allow a simple hook up at most car stereo places.  However, when you increase the power going to the speakers you also have to replace the speakers to handle the higher power or you'll toast them.

SOURCE: Brake lights won't work in our 2001 Dodge Durango after changing

I assume you've checked the fuses and relays inside your car and the ones under your hood....

If you look above your brake pedal, you should see a switch connected to some wires. This is your brake light switch that controls your brake lights. It sounds like this may be faulty...If you find out that this switch is good.. then it could be your electronic flasher module, but not as likely

2002 dodge durango gearshifter stuck in park

Brake interlock is going to be the problem. Check all your fuses, especially the ABS and tail light fuses. If all your fuses are good, then it will be down to a wiring issue or bad solenoid for the interlock system.

2002 Durango: I have a 2002 dodge durango and my brake went to t...

Most of the Gen 1 Durangos had the useless rear wheel ABS. This fuse most likely goes in the the PDC or power Distribution Center under the hood next to your battery.

How is the pedal now? Your 02 has rear drum brakes which sometimes need to be adjusted to keep a firm pedal.

easiest way is to remove and replace each fuse 1 at a time, you will then be able to see which 1 has blown
