Ok, you have many issues here. the ecm is in very bad shape if the codes are unable to be extracted. this should be corrected ASAP if possible. The blue smoke is a sign of major oil consumption. this will happen if the piston ring sets are damaged. this Will allow oil to pass into the combustion chamber,in return, causing the oil to burn with the gas. this produces the blue smoke as the exhaust valve allow it to escape through the manifold and pipe. this can be corrected by pulling the entire engine and, replacing the valve seals and piston rings on all cylinders.

These symptoms you are experiencing will require immediate attention or this engine will fail soon. the repairs i stated above, will be costly. this is deep engine repair.

Blowing blue smoke at start up

Hmm, is this an older car? Blue smoke on start-up is usually a sign of a very minor oil leak going past the rings.

I normally do not consider this to be a problem if:
  1. The car has sat for an extended period of time.
  2. It only happens on the initial start up and doesn't do it after sitting for an hour or so.

White Smoke when i put gas in car

The most common cause of blue (or worse still) being expelled through the exhaust system is extreme wear in the engine, or, if you're extremely fortunate a significant OVERFILL of the engine oil level. One other possible, though unlikely cause, is a fault in the engine's scavenging system.
Has this problem occurred suddenly without warning? Had the car been serviced immediately before this event, or the engine oil topped up?

White smoke comes out my car when i start it but goes after a while

Usually high humidity in the exhaust system. Check the exhaust pipe inclination to see if it doesn't allow water to flow into the muffler.
Also after the smoke goes, i.e the car is well warmed up, put the car in Park or Neutral. Tap the gas pedal to get some quick revs. Look for small puffs of white smoke. If you see some then get ready for a rings job. This can be confirmed by removing the spark plugs. They'll have oil deposit on them.

My plymouth voyager just started smoking

If its bluish smoke coming out of the exhaust, then engine oil is leaking past the piston's oil rings. You'll need an engine rebuild, or give its last rites before sending to the salvage yard. If it's white, it should clear up as the engine warms up. White smoke is caused by lack of heat temperature in the combustion chamber. If the engine is warm, and its still smoking (black smoke), then too much fuel is entering one (or more) of the cylinders, which is often caused by a faulty fuel injector. To diagnose which injector is faulty, remove and inspect each spark plug. Any Haynes or Chilton manual has a spark plug section showing what a normal spark plug should look like, versus one caused by faulty injectors.

Spark plug on right hand side of motor pops out as

The plug is possibly stripped in the hole and needs mechanical attention immediately. Have a mechanic put a helicoil in the hole where the threads are damaged. Whoever changed the spark plugs last was a **** and needs to never touch another car in his/her life

Floods out 5 times out of 10 when trying to start car. Have to wait an hr. before trying to start again..Also a lose of power when going up a hill. Blue smoke comes out the exhaust. Also It won't change...

Blue smoke is caused by engine oil entering the cylinder area and being burned along with the fuel air mixture. As with the white smoke, just a small drop of oil leaking into the cylinder can produce blue smoke out the tailpipe. Blue smoke is more likely in older or higher mileage vehicles than newer cars with fewer miles. How did the engine oil get inside the cylinder in the first place? The car has many seals, gaskets, and O-rings that are designed to keep the engine oil from entering the cylinder, and one of them has failed. If too much oil leaks into the cylinder and fouls the spark plug, it will cause a misfire (engine miss) in that cylinder, and the spark plug will have to be replaced or cleaned of the oil. Using thicker weight engine oil or an oil additive designed to reduce oil leaks might help reduce the amount of oil leaking into the cylinder.

Engine smokes

There are only two things that cause smoke, one is oil,the other is coolant, coolant has a really nauseating smell, most likely the oil is your smoke, it is caused by worn valve guides and or leaking valve stem seals, if it doesn't use more than a quart every 1000 miles I would not worry about it, how many miles on the car?
