Belt changes are all similar, no matter what the engine, because most belts are made from the same materials by the same belt companies.
You do not say which belt you want to change.
If it is a cambelt, get an expert to show you, getting it wring will wreck the engine. For other belts follow in the instructions in a manual for a different vehicle.

This will need a hands on inspection by a qualified mechanic. i suggest the Kia dealership, but at a minimum it needs to go to a different shop than the one you've been taking it to as they seem to not know what they're doing.

Replaced power sterring and alternator belts also the belt tensioner my car gets hot n0w and runs worse

Not trying to insult you but it sounds like you might have routed one or both belts wrong. I've done it lots of times thinking I would remember the routing! If no label under the hood and not in owners manual, your local parts store or an online search will get you the right belt diagram. However, routing belts wrong usually results in the belt being too short or too long, and they wont stay on.

Also, check any vacuum lines or electrical connectors that you may have disturbed while changing belts and tensioner.

Timing belt broke and i,ve tried 3 different belts, but none of them seem to work, the teeth aren,t lining up on the gears .the auto parts store say that its the right belt but its tighter than heck to get...

Check my tips and tricks on my profile page, there is a procedure for replacing the timing belt on a 1.9L there. It sounds like to me you are having a problem with the tensioner, I lock the tensioner in the release position to make belt installation easier, Hope this helps, let me know.
