What's your question?my Isuzu 4ja1 engine .my problem is the oil comes from deep stick

i think you mean
when running the engine
the DIP STICK seal as it fits the dip stick tube end. leaks oil
this a bad PCV valve.
excess crank case pressures.... cause by not doing service on car.
or worse a very worn out engine with huge blow by gassed.
is engine miles high? over 300k? miles?
or the dips stick seal there is bad.... looking at it tells you that.

Blow by coming from the dip stick seal oil on Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 16 HP v-twin

2 options--- replace the dusted motor (faulty air filtering system) or re-ring the engine. Go for the new engine as the dust will have worn the piston and bearings.

Oil dipstick tube broke

look on dip stick you should see cross hatched area with add oil or oil full mark.if you wipe oil dip stick with a clean paper towel and dip stick look dry no sign of oil add little oil at a time see if oil level reach add oil mark or the full mark.if oil is low. low oil light will turn on if bulb is blowed but if dip stick look dry oil level could be low,add little bit at a time dont over fill.

Why is my diesel blowing oil from the dip stick?

Sounds like blow-by...due to worn piston rings. (Compression that gets pushed past the rings, into the engine crankcase, and out the dip stick tube.) Make sure that a vent may not be plugged.

Can't find where to add transmission fluid in a 2006 all wheel drive equinox

I am unfamiliar with exact car, however, It is not unusual for transmission oil to be put in via the the transmission dip stick tube - do not confuse it with the engine oil dip stick tube. Do it slowly and make sure you dont over fill or you will eventutally blow your transmission box seals or worse. Let the oil settle before checking levels too because it is easy to misread the dip stick when you have used the dip stick tube to fill oil in.

Sounds like the engine can't breath,
make sure pcv valve is good,or oil cap is vented.
