Question about 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis
I do know that 99% of computers returned to get repaired have nothing wrong with them. That being said I'm not saying that yours is not bad but there's a pretty good chance it's not. Do you have spark? The ignition system must work before the injectors get their signal to operate. Put a small amount of fuel down the intake and see if it starts. Take precautions when you do this. Let me know.

you can try just resetting the fuel pump switch located in the car
the switch is originally in the car for in case of an accident, however, if changed, chances are you also have to reset it
in my 98 grand marquis, the switch is on the left side of the trunk

It wouldn't hurt to change the filter, but it sounds like you got a bad batch of gas, if it was running good before you got gas.
Get a bottle of dry gas and put it in the tank, if there is any water in the gas, that will clear it out, also it wouldn't hurt to put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the tank, I use that stuff all the time to keep the fuel system clean.
