The governor sensor/transducer/solenoid are located in the transmission. You will need to drop the transmission oil pan to gain access.

MY 2009 FORD F750 WONT GO PAST 65MPH Y

It likely has a governor which limits speed. Used on rentals alot. Was it a rental at one time?
Read the sheet on this page under "Check Operation" F1 F2 F3 "Governor cut-out pressurekPa (psi) Governor cut-in pressurekPa (psi) Verify warning lamp and alarm operation (F-650/F-750 Only)"and notice the governor."

See it (blue box I drew over it on pic below) on pgs. 328-330 of manual (takes FOREVER to load! Its a big pdf).
here it is (OK so its below)

Pg.396 says under 7. "7.Installation of a gasoline engine speed governor is permissible, provided the governor design is compatible with each respective throttle body for the individual engine application and it does not exceed specified engine maximum RPM. It must also meet all noise and engine emission requirements. Governor installations may affect electronically controlled transmissions. Contact Ford Truck Body Builders Advisory Service before installing."

Since its saying it CAN be installed then it obviously can be uninstalled to be like original.

Get it removed? :)

Kind Regards,
Scott

How do i replace a head gasket on a 1998 saturn sw2

In the real world this job is beyond the tools and abilities of anyone who asks the question. You have to have a lot of mechanical experience and a good set of tools to undertake this job. There are dozens of steps in the procedure, you need a service manual with pictures.

In the real world it will be cheaper for you to find a good used Saturn 96-98 DOHC engine and swap it in. That again is a task beyond the scope of anyone who does not have a hoist, jack stands, and a good set of tools.

There are lots of Saturn repair videos on youtube and I am sure you can also find a video of someone removing the head of a 4 cylinder engine. The process will be about the same for any 4 cylinder, including Saturn.

I cant seem to remove the radio in a ford e350 i did buy the tool for this but with no luck is it bolted or do i have to remove the dash panal

Do you have two of the tools needed to remove the radio? The tool should be pushed into the holes until it stops then you want to slightly press outward to make the clips pop so the radio can be removed...I have used skinny screwdrivers to accomplish this in the past due to unavailability of tool..most of the time you need to have both sides pressed in at the same time to remove otherwise one side will pop then when you go to other side the previous side will re-lock back in

1995 ford fairmont wont rev past 4000 rpm

After 1993 the OBD 2 EEC system in most cars provides an electronic governor which keep the engine from over reving. However, with the proper factory tool the computer can be programmed to a higher governor limit.

Governor

The car does not have a governor. It is computer controlled so you would have to reprogram the computer. Which is not really necessary on a ford probe as it's not a powerful enough car to make it worth doing.
