What controls the inside interior lights

Voltage to the coil of the courtesy lamp relay, dome, reading lamp, courtesy lamps, cargo Lamp, instrument panel (IP) compartment lamp and the underhood lamp is supplied from the Inadvertent power relay on CKT 1732. The inadvertent power relay receives voltage from the CTSY LP fuse which is hot at all times. Ground for the courtesy lamps goes through the courtesy lamp relay. Both relays are controlled by the body control module (BCM) based on inputs from door jamb switch, dome lamp switch or door handle switch. The BCM will supply a ground to the courtesy lamp relay when closing any one of the above switches to ground. Ground for the reading lamp, cargo lamp, IP compartment lamp and the underhood lamp is supplied by its own ground.

I have 2002 dodge Dakota I sparked the battery and now the headlights taillights cargo and dome and dash lights don't work I replaced headlights switch checked fuses and replaced computer idk what to do...

Check these fuses again:
In the Power Distribution Center (in the engine compartment, left fender panel) Fuse #3 (20 Amp) Fuse #7 (40 Amp), Fuse #12 (20 Amp) and in the Junction Block (on the left end of the dash) Fuse #1 (15 Amp)
Use a test lamp and make sure that these fuses have power. All of these fuses should all have power at all times, regardless of ignition switch position. If they are all good and have power, then you probably need to replace your Central Timer Module. All of the circuits you listed are dependant on this module for operation.

The Central Timer Module is located at the left kick panel.

Trying to find the fuse for the power mirrors and dome light dont know which fuse is which

There are 2 different fuses for what you are talking about. See picture below; the fuse for the power mirrors is in the number 4 position and is a 10 amp fuse. This fuse covers the power mirrors, glove box lamp, map lamps and under the hood lamp. The fuse for your dome lights is in the number 14 position and is also a 10 amp fuse. This fuse not only covers the dome lamps but it also covers the cargo lamp, courtesy lamps and the running board lamps. If you are just having problems with the two things you mentioned then you may be looking at something else like a wiring problem. this all should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you need an owners manual you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy at no cost. I hope this helps you and good luck. here is your picture:

My cargo lamp on will not go out

Your courtesy fuse is blown. Look under the hood fusebox. There should be a fuse labeled CTSY (10amp). If blown, you have a hot wire touching bare metal.

Cargo lamp on message stays on

Check under the hood, in the fusebox, for a fuse label ctsy (courtesy). It'll be over the driver side wheel. Replace it, if blows and, you have a wire touching bear metal somewhere. Good luck!
