If at all possible does anyone know what size belt I would need to bypass the Ac compressor pulley until I save up enough money for the parts and labor to get it fixed in a 2003 Lincoln aviator

Since they weren't sold without ac that info isn't available. You are going to have to measure it. Remember that the tensioner is going to put pressure on it so you need to account t for that. If the old belt is still on it i would use a piece of twine or fishing line and run it just like the belt is but bypassing the ac. The measure it. Be careful not to stretch the string.

I have a 1990 buick lesabre what size belt would I need if I bypass the ac

There is no belt size listed to bypass the pump, non AC and AC equipped cars use the same belt size, in place of the AC compressor they bolt a AC Delete bypass pulley. Many aftermarket companies make these for folks like you, Dorman auto parts manufacturer is one big supplier.

What size belt do i need to bypass.A ac compressor on a 2009 kia borrrego

You don't bypass the AC pulley by trying to fit some other belt. If the AC compressor is jammed or otherwise faulty you repair the problem with the compressor.

What size serpentine belt to bypass ac compressor?

as there are engine running that have no ac fitted there will be belts to fit your car. Go to an auto parts shop that has a good selection of belts and they will have a catalogue with your belt listed.

What size belt do i need to bypass ac compressor o a 99 chrysler town & country?

I wouldn't because you need the defrost to work while in Rain with windows up or in the winter. Good luck with finding measurement for mini-van. Not many people void them.

Bypass ac compressor with shorter serpentine belt 2001-02 Mercury Sable LS

Because in most cases the routing will not work without the pulley for the compressor being in use. That's why some engines have a dummy pulley available to use in place of the compressor.
Not using the compressor pulley can cause the belt to drive a pulley the wrong direction, or not have the grooved side of the belt on a pulley.

The AC COMPRESSOR SEASED ON MY 94 Safari XL and destroyed my fan belt. I would like to install a new belt and bypass the AC. If this is possible I would need the proper routing.

that means u may need to order a special size-may havit in the parts store--or u cud gut out the compressor so the pulley is free or repairit

On a 2001 saab 93 turbo can can you bypass the ac compressor or is there a bypass pulley

You can bypass both the AC compressor and the middle serpentine idler pulley with a 6PK1790. The middle pulley is bypassed by running the belt straight line from the upper rear serpentine idler straight to the power steering pulley, then over the water pump (the smooth pulley powered by the back side of the belt) and down to the engine drive pulley (harmonic balancer), bypassing the AC compressor) This works fine. On 9.5 models, the same basic idea, but a slightly different sized belt.

Engine Belt

hi there it sounds to me that the bearings are going bad on your ac/c compressor

you can bypass it by getting a smaller belt
to get a size you can take a piece of string or rope and go around the remaining pulleys like alternator power steering and crank shaft then tie a know take it to napa and have them match as close as possible then install that belt this will solve your problem until you replace the compressor
the other way is go to a salvage yard look for you make and model without a/c there will be most likely a pulley and bracket in the place of the a/c compressor
take a picture of the set up and take the pulley off including the mount bolts and then remove th compressor on your car and install the pulley and you can use the same belt

Alternator Belt

TAKE A ROPE AND RUN IT AS IF IT WERE A BELT ALONG THE ALTERNATOR AND CRANKSHAFT. MEASURE THE LENGTH OF ROPE THEN GO TO PARTS STORE TO BUY A SMALLER BELT. THE IDEA IS TO BYPASS THE AC BEING A 94 IM SURE IT HASN'T WORKED IN QUITE SOME TIME, I'VE BEEN A MECHANIC FOR 8 YEARS AND WE BYPASS THESE ALL THE TIME, THE TENSIONER ON THAT CAR I BELIEVE IS ON THE ALTERNATOR, HONDA MADE THE AC OPTIONAL.. BELTS ARE USUALLY NAMED AFTER THERE SIZE (IE 4060934 IS 93.4 INCHES LONG) IF NEED BE REMOVE THE AC COMPRESSOR.
