Question about 2004 Pontiac Grand Am
Check Main fuse 's underhood and in car. Then inspect for water damage around the roof...IF you hear the motor engage but grind. it will need replaced...If you push the button and hear nothing its a fuse, or a short or the switch is broken...Or dreadfully the motor is burnt up and will need replaced not an ez job but do able with patience....
