Question about 1996 Toyota Corolla
I took my toyota to a repar service and they put more (freon?) in and the same problem still ocures. Is the problem in the switch?
The AC light does not flash if the freon is too low or too high.
The light flashes because the "compressor revolution sensor" is going bad. It is bolted to the side of the compressor.

I had a similar problem and it was a loose switch. Carefully pry the switch out of the console - it comes straight out. Inspect and clean the terminals. Then re-seat the switch solidly. If necessary, order a new switch, it's an inexpensive part to replace before you get into more expensive repairs.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
