Replaced blower heater resistor however, wires in harness were damaged and required replacing with pigtail. I was not sure of the correct wiring and connections to vehicle. However, there is still no heat blowing in the vehicle. I was wondering if the blower heater relay might be bad or the blower heater motor needs replacing? How can I test the relay and or blower heater motor?

Did you check the fuse ? 12v direct to blower motor ? Or check the control switch ?

I have a 1997 ford econoline van e150. The heater is not blowing hot air. I got a new switch motor but some told me it needs to be timed. I don't know how to do tht Please help

If the fan motor is not running & you replaced switch problem could be blower motor or blower motor speed resistor if you vehicle has one.
Check with auto parts store if your vehicle has a resistor.
I hav enever heard of timing for/of a blower motor or switch.

My heater was blowing heat on 4 and 5 and now stopped blowing heat completely, does this sound like I need to replace the resistor card?

sounds like the blower resistor, check to see if you have power to the blower if so then it's the blower motor,if not could be the resistor, fuse, relay,or control switch.

Heater only blow on number 4 and heat coming out

You don't list the vehicle your asking about but in general when the blower motor only works on the high speed the blower resistors have blown. The resistors are what control the fan speed, when they go bad only high will work. The resistors blowing is usually a side effect of a blower motor going bad, pulling too much current. When replacing the resistors it's advisable to replace the blower motor as well so as not to have a repeat problem.

Blower doesnt work on 1990 ford van e-150. I

most likely the blower motor! but could be the blower motor resistor! does it work on high setting? if so it is the blower resistor if not most likely the blower itself!

Heater Not Working

Do you mean the fan does not work or the fan blows but there is no heat ? If you mean the blower, check the resistor at the wiring just before you get to the blower. The resistor is a small gadget. Not to be confused with an electronic resistor. If the blower works but there is no heat, replace the thermostat.
