They could be either way in 95. Look at the fittings where you charge the A/C. if they are threaded on the outside it is a R-12 system. If they are round and not threaded then it is a 134-A system. Good Luck

1995 olds 88 water running out of muffler

Water Condensation is a normal byproduct of the emission control system catalytic converter cleaning the exhaust stream, and the hole in the muffler is there to drain that off. It is normal unless you are adding coolant all the time to the engine, then you have other issues..

95 olds 88 after an engine rebuild cylinders one and six fill with coolant. what else will cause this other than a busted head?

if this has a plastic intake these have a problem with the intakes warping allowing coolant into the combustion chamber.the only fix is to replace the intake manifold and gaskets.make sure the intake bolts are tight and torque to specs as if the bolts are loose/broken or not to torque then the intake can cause coolant to leak into the cylinder because the gasket is not sealing.

I know some old fuel injected systems will dump fuel because of the coolant temp sensor should be located on lower intake in the front. Also check the timing.
