Question about 2005 Toyota Highlander
Washer fluid sprays at the bottom of the window below the point where the wipers can catch the spray. This is a solid stream so there is plenty of water pressure. I brought it to the repair shop and they could not fix the angle of the spray. I tried to put a pin in the nozzle to angle it upwards but it does not want to budge, and of course, I did not want to break the nozzle by applying too much pressure. Please help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Looks like the washer motor has failed. Remove the lower plactic trim under the washer bottle & check to see if the connector is plugged in to the motor. Also check to see if there is power to the motor with the switch depressed. If you have power, you need a washer motor. Common failure if the washer fluid freezes once. Ice gets inside the motor & expands, breaking the internal housing and ruins the motor.

Probably need to replace the pump. Separate pumps for front and rear. Check with a test light to see if there is power to the pump. If it has power but won't work, replace the pump. If no power, you have a wiring issue. Be sure to turn the switch on and have someone push the washer button when you are checking for power. There won't be any until you push it to "wash".
