Question about 1993 Honda Accord
Check that your engine idle is 750 to 775 RPM. If your idle is too low the engine can stall even when you step on the brake.

Lost 12vdc power, you did,
or engine only makes 1 horse power.... not likely
clean the battery , lugs. ends.
you never said you cant drive car??
i start engine and drive , can i drive.? ok>? HL off.???????????
if yes,the lugs are bad or corrosion from battery to main fuse boxes

I HAVE A 93 ACCORD LX AND ACCORDING TO HONDA MINDS COME WITH 6.5" SPEAKERS FOR THE BACK AND TO GET 6X9 IN YOUR GOING TO EITHER GET THE SPACER THE COME WITH THE EX OR YOU OR GOING TO HAVE TO CUT AND THEY DONT RECOMMAND IT CAUSE YOUR TRUNK WONT STAY OPEN AND YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO BEND THE BAR UNDER THE TRUNK. HOPE YHIS WAS HELPFUL.

It sounds very much like the Engine Management Temp Sensor is dormant.
The EMTS acts as the choke and aids starting, they are quite cheap and easy to replace.
The item is located in the thermostat housing.
