Question about Chevrolet S 10
Ive checked all of my fuses with a multimeter and they all checked out fine ive checked out all of the bulbs and they have checked out but still no lights
Check connection on frame that operate rear. Do the rear parking lights work, turn signals?

have you checked the bulb sockets to see if they are burnt or corroded sometime i see that the plastic melts around the contacts where the socket twists into the housing. if your lucky you might get away with replacing just the socket for the brake/running light bulb. but if it is too melted your most likely going to need a new housing

Try to check the ground of the tail lights. It can be disconnected or worn out. It's a black colored wire that needs to be attached on the car's body. This can do the trick.
