Only happens when moving forward slowly,( 12 to 30 mph ), the breaks were checked and are fine. It doesn't change when I rev the engine.or change pitch when I brake. when I come to a stop it stops, i cant figure it out
Jack the front of the car up then spin the wheels this will give you alot better idea of where this noise is coming from. Check the brakes agian and the wheel bearings.

Had the truck up on a lift, spun the wheels and checked the brakes. all ok. what else might it be.
