Jack the front of the car up then spin the wheels this will give you alot better idea of where this noise is coming from. Check the brakes agian and the wheel bearings.

pressing on the clutch pedal loads up the bearing and the noise stops but removing the foot from the peddle allows the the pressure plate fingers to spin a loose bearing race ans so makes the noise

Has anyone thought it might be the clutch release bearing? This is of course inside the bell housing, between the engine and transmission.
For a long time before the bearing goes completely out and need replacing, it could start squealing like that. It is a sealed bearing, but when old the internal grease may dissipate, and cause squealing.

As a home mechanic there is only one thing you can easily do, check the fluid level in the trans and change it if it is dark brown or burned smelling

There is a high pitched squeel coming from the front of the car when we are moving

This is either a pulley squealing and needs lubrication, or a wheel bearing squeeling, but you will need to take a closer look at where the sound is coming from.

When clutch pushed in it makes high pitched squeel

Im a mechanic, i think you will find it will be the clutch release bearing on the clutch fork, when you push the clutch in it will push the fork which will push the clutch release bearing onto the clutch plate which rotating with the engine revs

is the car is idling o.k between 750-850 rpm, before you pull away? if it isn't then check your plugs injectors idle control. if it is but the car move's slowly away and you are using high revs it could be a slipping clutch or if automatic transmission worn bands or torq converter. also check for breaks binding.
